Maisuma Behbood Committee deeply concerned over poor, unclean water supply to Maisuma

Srinagar:- In a significant civic development, Maisuma Behbood Committee has expressed serious concern over lack of water supply to historic Maisuma area. It was affirmed that for very few hours the water supply comes to area and from Dusk time to Dawn it remains off everyday. Maisuma Behbood Committee expressed also severe shock that water supplied to the heart of Srinagar Maisuma area is full of foul smell ,and all this can cause serious diseases to the masses, making children worst hit. “PHE and Jal Shakti Departments all should wake up to this burning issue faced by the masses of Maisuma. This dirty water supply is bound to cause damage to resident of area. Repugnant smell, lack of water supply for many hours is giving time to people of Maisuma. This calls for immediate solution of our woes, “affirmed Ajaz Ahmad War President Maisuma Behbood Committee.
