Ashwani, others listen to public grievances

Former MLA and BJP senior leader Ashwani Sharma, along with BJP Publicity Secretary Ajay Vaid and BJP Health and Medical department Convenor Puneet Mahajan, held weekly public darbar at party headquarter on Saturday and listened to the grievances of the people. The people shared problems related to developmental works, power cuts, construction of small bridges, regular supply of drinking water, upgradation of transformers, replacement of old electric wires and poles and so on. Ashwani Sharma and other leaders gave patient hearing to every person and took up their problems with the concerned departments and stressed upon the senior officials to immediately take the remedial measures to provide relief to the people. Ashwani Sharma, while taking to the media persons, said that people in large visit BJP headquarter daily, meet the party leaders in public darbar and discuss their problems so that they are resolved. He said that most of the problems are related to power cuts and supply of drinking water in these days of monsoons. He asked the people to make judicious use of electricity and water so that no one is made to suffer. Ashwani Sharma also spoke on the splendid works of Narendra Modi government during the past nine years and said that like other parts of the country, Jammu and Kashmir too, has marched ahead in matters of development and social welfare.
